bugfix: raise windows going into fullscreen mode

add more items to FLOATING and IGNORED classes

Allow regex for FLOATING and IGNORED classes

remove redundant log entries

Bugfixes:

fix: manual tiling for FLOATING_CLASSES is now possible
fix: add wl-copy to IGNORED_CLASSES to suppress ghost-windows in the tree
add: extend logging capabilities

tile all windows by default, set keepBelow-flag for tiled ones
